Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Gift cards, stickers, and used items.
Refunds for Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. You will receive a gift card for store credit for the original purchase price of the item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If we have approved your refund for store credit and still have not received your gift card, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: PO Box 309 Rockwall Texas US 75087.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are getting an item exchanged, we will cover the costs of shipping the new item to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
